Specialized care, tailored to where you are.

Each engagement begins with listening. From there, we shape an approach that fits your goals—whether that's a thorough assessment, ongoing therapy, or a combination of both.

01

Neuropsychological Assessment

Attention & ADHD Learning Memory

A neuropsychological evaluation is a structured, in‑depth look at how your brain handles attention, memory, language, processing speed, and executive function. It's often the clearest path to understanding questions like "Why is focus so hard?" or "Is this anxiety, ADHD, or both?"

You'll leave with more than a diagnosis—you'll have a clear, written picture of your cognitive strengths and challenges, plus concrete, personalized recommendations for school, work, and daily life.

College Student Mental Health

Anxiety Academic Difficulties Transitions Identity

The college years and early twenties bring real intensity—academic demands, independence, relationships, and the pressure to figure out who you are. I offer a steady, confidential space to work through anxiety, low mood, stress, and the questions that come with this chapter.

My approach is collaborative and practical. We'll build skills you can use immediately while also making sense of the deeper patterns—so the changes last well beyond graduation.

Positive Psychology & Attachment

Resilience Relationships Well-being

Therapy isn't only about easing what hurts—it's also about cultivating what makes life meaningful. Drawing on positive psychology and attachment theory, this work focuses on resilience, purpose, and the relationships that sustain us.

We'll explore the patterns you carry from earlier relationships, strengthen your sense of security, and develop habits of mind that support lasting well‑being and deeper connection. I incorporate religion and spirituality if this is important to you, and over the years I have developed a subspecialty in this area.
